Please ship inbound packages (to us) with FedEX, UPS etc. or the USPS Priority Mail system

When shipping packages to us for service or returns, YOU MUST WAIVE THE SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT, i.e. select "No Signature Required". We have a secure location for package drop, but it's not always possible for us to sign for them.

Outbound shipments:

We will ship (outbound) to you only via: USPS Priority Mail.

NOTE: We currently do not ship outbound with any other carriers.
