Buying & Shipping:
Our products may be securely purchased online with credit cards, including: MasterCard, Visa & AMEX. Domestic (USA) customers may opt to call us with credit card details after the order is placed on line. As a rule, shipments should be made to the address of record on your credit card billing statement. This is for your protection. If you must "drop ship" i.e. ship to a different address, you may do so, however, prior to shipping your order, we may contact you by telephone or email for your explanation.
IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ - Shipping & Handling charges: Shipping charges for your order are not automatically generated. Actual shipping charges are calculated in our office based on your chosen shipping method, product weight and destination. This calculated cost is later added to your total invoice and is not shown on your initial email order confirmation.
Currently, all domestic orders have an added $5.00 USD handling/processing fee and all international orders incur a $12.00 USD handling/processing & documentation fee. These are handling/processing fees and not your actual shipping charges. These fees will be shown on your initial email order confirmation.
International customers are solely responsible for payment of any and all shipping, taxes, duty, import fees etc. which may be imposed by your government.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return *most items within 30 days for full credit less the cost of shipping. Unless we tell you otherwise, all customers are responsible for the cost of return freight. Refunds will be made only by issuing a credit back to the credit card which was used for your original purchase - no exceptions.
To obtain a RA (return authorization), you must first email us at: Return Authorizations. We will respond with instructions and a RA number. International customers will be provided with detailed instructions for properly shipping return items.
Returned merchandise, must include a copy of your original order confirmation or invoice inside of the return container. If possible, use the original container and pack items carefully. Merchandise which is damaged in shipping as a result of your poor packaging will not be accepted for return credit. Returned merchandise must be in "as new" condition, i.e. minimal wear and no damage.
Our liability re: D.I.Y. Kits/Modifications:
MDI PrecisionMotorWorks will assume no responsibility for the results of kits installed by, or for our customers by any third party. We warrant only that we will provide the necessary parts and instructions to accomplish well tested and proven upgrades and/or modifications. In instances where we have no control over the quality of workmanship or the level of expertise of installers, we assume no responsibility for end result or any damage done to property as a result of any such poor workmanship or lack of expertise.
*Items which generally may not be returned include:
